Interview with Shekhar Kapur, Film Maker

Mr. Kapur explains the war happening in the world due to water.

Countries are already at war against each other on water.

Golan heights has a strategy for water, that’s the whole reason for that war. Turkey is very strategic and it controls all the rivers. I remember during in the Indo-Pak war, there was a big talk about India damaging the Satlug River and everyone said that if the consequences of it will lead to nuclear war. In Tibet, the strategic location of mountains is not as much as Buddhism as it is water. They have the best water reserves in those areas, like Brahmaputra.
